We at MALIK TRADING AND DEMOLITION successfully completed a high-rise building demolition project in Hyderabad at ITPH, Madhapur. The project involved the demolition of a Basement + G+7 RCC structure using high reach demolition methods and controlled dismantling procedures in a busy commercial area.
High-Rise RCC Structure Dismantling
The RCC structure was dismantled using a high reach demolition machine, following a floor-by-floor demolition method to ensure safety and structural stability. Basement demolition was carefully executed due to confined working conditions.
Service Yard and Structural Dismantling
Service yard structures, along with RCC elements such as columns, beams, slabs, and staircase sections, were removed using systematic and controlled dismantling procedures.
Debris Removal and Site Clearance
Concrete debris and reinforcement steel generated during demolition were segregated and cleared efficiently, ensuring proper construction waste management and smooth working access throughout the project.
Dust Control and Safety Measures
Continuous water spray systems and regular water sprinkling were maintained throughout the demolition process to control dust generation during concrete dismantling and debris handling activities.
