We at MALIK TRADING AND DEMOLITION successfully completed the demolition of a G+1 RCC structure at Hill Crest by Pacifica, Financial District. We executed the project using controlled demolition methods while maintaining safety and proper site management.
Structural Dismantling
We dismantled the RCC structure in a planned sequence using machinery and manual methods where required. We followed a floor-by-floor approach to ensure safety and structural stability throughout the work.
Site Safety and Preparation
We carried out initial site inspection, barricading, and safety arrangements before starting the work. We also ensured that electrical and water connections were safely disconnected to avoid operational risks.
Dust and Noise Control
We controlled dust through regular water sprinkling during demolition. We also managed work execution to minimize disturbance to nearby residential areas.
Debris Clearance
We cleared concrete debris and scrap steel regularly and transported it from the site to maintain cleanliness and smooth workflow.
Completion
We completed the demolition of the G+1 RCC structure within 2–3 months. We cleared the site and handed it over in a clean and safe condition, ensuring no impact on nearby structures.
