Industrial DM Plant Dismantling Services in Veraval
We at Malik Trading and Demolition executed DM plant dismantling work at Grasim Industries, Veraval. The project included the dismantling of interconnected pipelines, vertical vessels, and RCC bases within an active industrial plant environment.
Working in a Congested Running Plant Area
We carried out this dismantling work inside a live plant surrounded by operating pipelines, structural frames, and process equipment. Due to restricted access and height constraints, we planned the execution to ensure safe dismantling without affecting nearby running systems. Scanning of all utilities was done to ensure no live supply lines were there on and around the work area.
Overhead Pipeline Dismantling at Height
We performed the dismantling of elevated pipelines using manlift access equipment, which provided safe access for working at height inside the congested structure. The manlift allowed proper positioning for cutting and removal of pipelines and supports without disturbing nearby installations.
Pipeline Cutting and Disconnection Process
We carried out systematic pipeline dismantling by first isolating all connections. Gas cutting was then performed carefully to separate pipelines and fittings while maintaining full safety measures.
Manual Dismantling in Confined Areas
In areas where machinery access was not possible, we executed manual dismantling work. RCC around equipment bases was broken using handheld breakers to ensure precision and avoid damage to nearby structures.
RCC Foundation Demolition Using Breaker
We carried out RCC base demolition using an excavator fitted with a hydraulic breaker. The breaking was done in stages to control vibration and ensure the safe removal of heavy concrete foundations.
Material Handling and Site Clearance
We managed the continuous removal of dismantled materials, including pipelines, vessel parts, and concrete debris. This ensured clear working space and smooth movement throughout the execution.
Execution Inside Operational Plant
We executed the dismantling work in phases to control dust, noise, and movement. All activities were carefully coordinated to ensure that ongoing plant operations were not disturbed.
Final Site Condition
We completed the dismantling of vessels, pipelines, and RCC bases along with full debris clearance. The site was handed over in a clean and ready condition for further industrial use.
