Location: International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH)

Scope: Chiller plant dismantling, including pipelines, cables, panels, and related works

We at Malik Trading and Demolition successfully completed the Mariner chiller plant dismantling work at ITPH, Madhapur. The project involved multiple dismantling activities within an active site, requiring proper coordination, safety measures, and planned execution.

Initial Disconnection and Electrical Works

The work started with disconnection of pipelines and cable trays in the DG yard area, followed by electrical dismantling to ensure safe isolation of all systems.

Cable and Tray Removal

All cables, including aluminium cables, were removed in a controlled manner. Cable tray dismantling was carried out using scaffolding support for safe access to elevated areas.

Gas Cutting and Structural Dismantling

Gas cutting work was carried out for dismantling structural components. Sheet removal and panel room sheet dismantling were also completed carefully.

Shifting and Handling Works

DG yard wire shifting and general material shifting activities were carried out alongside the dismantling work to maintain smooth workflow.

Supporting Works

Collection of bolts, screws, and scrap materials was carried out regularly to keep the site organized.

Cleaning and Site Maintenance

Regular sweeping and cleaning of the chiller plant area was maintained throughout the project to ensure safe working conditions.

Project Completion

The dismantling work was completed step-by-step with proper planning and safe execution. The site was cleared and handed over in a clean and organized condition.
