Project Brief
MALIK TRADING AND DEMOLITION was appointed by HYDRAA to carry out the controlled dismantling of an unauthorized G+4 RCC building at Kistareddypet, Ameenpur. Due to the surrounding residential area, silent demolition was adopted to reduce disturbance and ensure public safety.
The structure was taken down in a planned manner using high-reach jaw crushing equipment, allowing precise breaking with minimal vibration. The job was completed within the agreed timeframe, and the location was cleared after completion.
Work Carried Out
Site Readiness & Safety Setup
Before starting, the area was secured with barricades and warning signage. Utility lines were safely disconnected and access was controlled.
Planned Demolition Process
The RCC building was dismantled level by level using high-reach machinery supported by manual work where required.
Dust Control & Local Safety
Water spraying was used during breaking operations to limit dust, and work hours were managed to reduce inconvenience to nearby residents.
Debris Clearance
Broken concrete and steel were removed from site in a phased manner and disposed of at approved locations.
