Dismantling of RCC Sub Station Building using Jaw Crushing Technology
Location- ITPH, Hyderabad
MALIK TRADING AND DEMOLITION successfully completed RCC sub station building dismantling work at ITPH, Hyderabad using advanced jaw crushing technology for safe and systematic concrete removal.
The project involved dismantling reinforced concrete slabs, beams, columns, and connected structural sections of the RCC sub station building within a restricted working environment. Due to heavy reinforcement steel and accumulated debris across the site, proper dismantling planning and continuous material clearance were maintained throughout the operation.
Structural Inspection and Work Preparation
Before starting demolition activities, the RCC sub station building structure and surrounding working area were inspected carefully to assess structural conditions, machine accessibility, and debris handling requirements. Work zones and dismantling sequences were planned based on site conditions.
Jaw Crushing Demolition Process
The RCC sub station building dismantling work was carried out using jaw crushing technology for gradual removal of reinforced concrete members. Upper structural portions of the RCC sub station building were removed in stages to maintain stability during the demolition process and avoid sudden collapse of concrete sections.
RCC slabs, beams, vertical supports, staircase portions, and connected concrete members of the RCC sub station building were dismantled systematically under controlled working procedures.
Reinforcement Steel and Debris Handling
Large quantities of reinforcement steel and broken concrete generated during RCC sub station building demolition were continuously separated and shifted from the active work zone. Material clearance activities were carried out simultaneously to maintain smooth workflow and proper equipment access throughout the project.
Dust Suppression and Safety Procedures
Regular water spraying was maintained during RCC sub station building concrete dismantling and debris movement activities to reduce dust generation across the site. Barricading, controlled equipment handling, and monitored dismantling procedures were followed throughout the operation.
Project Completion
The RCC sub station building dismantling work at ITPH, Hyderabad was completed successfully by MALIK TRADING AND DEMOLITION with systematic concrete removal, continuous debris clearance, and complete final site cleaning.
