We are a family business operating in the demolition, engineering consulting, decommissioning, and reclamation sectors. We are a company working in Pan India that has always invested in people, technology, safety, and quality.

MTD takes pride in its extensive experience working with leading MNC companies, private developers, industries, projects, and local councils across India. We are often involved in the early stages of projects, offering valuable expertise in value engineering, project sequencing, and 3D methodology. Our services also extend to assisting clients with planning conditions through the production of CDM Plans, advanced demolition methodology, Traffic Management Plans, and measures to mitigate dust, noise, and vibration. As demolition specialists, we leverage our industry knowledge to support our clients in navigating the planning process as effectively as possible.
Resources
Men and machines are two fundamental resources for the company. We have a team of about 300 men and women. A highly qualified professional team that constantly keeps abreast of all the latest developments.
A real team that shares the goals and work to achieve them. There are excavator operators in the team with over 25 years of experience on the ground and thanks to training courses, as well as engineers, nuclear engineers, Few amide members of the IDA and skilled personnel qualified to operate in high risk sectors. MTD consistently invests part of its turnover in innovation. It has an in-house Research and Development department, the MTD whose main objective is to create sophisticated solutions for all types of interventions. Among its patents: A system created for the intelligent demolition of skyscrapers, Dust Buster, an abatement system of dust during height work, the ‘Lifting Jacks’ system for the controlled demolition of boilers and the ‘Red 0-Ring’, the circular hydraulic platform for the deconstruction of chimneys and silos.
MTD also has one of the most powerful and specialised fleets in Pan India. Over 300 tools, 100 excavators of between 5 and 200 tons with arms reaching 60 metres in length, robots, crushers, grabbers and all sizes of shears and compact machines. Employing close to 100 people in permanent roles, from labourers to project managers, our people are engaged on interesting and exciting projects that provide rewarding opportunities to grow their experience, skills, and confidence. Our site teams include project managers, site supervisors, laborers, operators, HSE personnel, drivers, tradesmen, contract managers, and qualified hazmat removal technicians.
The office-based team works in finance, marketing, estimating, business development, and administration roles, and supports project delivery.
MTD also operates a fully equipped workshop with mechanical fitters and tradesmen to service and maintain our significant fleet of plant, equipment, and machinery.
