Malik Trading and Demolition successfully carried out an industrial dismantling project at the facility of Mars India located at Wargal Village (Survey No. 2099–2103) along the Siddipet Highway in Telangana, India. The project involved the systematic removal of structural components associated with the sheds, DG Shed, and internal equipment within the industrial premises, including water tanks, lifting systems, and tank unloading setups.
Project Location and Client Details
The dismantling work was performed at the Mars manufacturing facility situated in Wargal Village along Siddipet Highway in Telangana. The structures formed part of the plant’s infrastructure and required careful planning before execution.
DG Shed Structural Dismantling Process
Our team began with a detailed technical assessment of the steel structure, roof sheets, steel truss, steel columns, and steel beams. Using controlled dismantling techniques along with gas cutting work, heavy equipment like boom lift and crane were deployed for safe execution. All structural elements were dismantled and handled through steel methods, ensuring safe separation into manageable components.
Safety Measures During Industrial Dismantling
Strict safety procedures were followed throughout the project. All work at height was carried out using safety harness systems, and the dismantling sequence was carefully planned to avoid disruption to nearby plant structures and operational areas.
Debris Removal and Site Clearance
After completing the dismantling work, all structural scrap and debris were segregated and transported away from the site. The area was cleared efficiently, preparing the location for further development within the industrial facility.
