MTD operates one of the largest demolition fleets in the country and we are constantly expanding. With over 250+ pieces of heavy equipment, we are equipped to handle any project, from high traffic demolition to high-rise dismantling and everything in between.
Regardless of project scale, we provide premium equipment to handle your project’s unique requirements. Our fleet includes 13 highreach excavators including the biggest and heaviest excavator in pan India, and the only one of its kind in North America, the Kobelco 1600D, with a reach of approximately 170″.
With the sheer power of our fleet, MTD is capable of dismantling all types of structures. We have the ability to tailor equipment specific to your project needs. Our state-of-the-art equipment is fitted with buckets, shears, grapples, processors, hammers and other attachments. We have multiple machine sizes, attachment configuration options, and we utilize the Oil Quick system to minimize downtime.
We utilize Building Information Modelling (BIM) software to model buildings and equipment to scale (before developing our demolition plan), in conjunction with Structural Analysis and Designing Program software. By using the power of this software (and scanning equipment), we have the tools and the expertise to convert any existing structure into an engineering model for analysis, calculation, and 3D structural drawings.

MTD Rent operates one of the largest rental fleets of specialised plant and equipment Pan India. It is regularly upgraded to ensure we capitalise on latest model machinery and meticulously maintained. We have an in-house fabrication workshop to custom design precision attachments and our capacity to deploy capital expenditure for new plant and equipment gives us the flexibility to meet any client or project requirement. More than 350 high performance specialist machines are available for hire under flexible short, medium and long term rental plans to satisfy any civil, demolition, remediation or recycling project.
